Born in Cuba and fully bilingual, Roger Hernandez has had the opportunity to participate in events in both English and Spanish an average of 250 times per year around the world. Roger is a speaker who motivates people to action, effective and comfortable both in religious spaces and in those of entrepreneurs. He connects well with audiences of all generations and is known for presenting messages in a clear, simple, and engaging style. He has the gift of being intensely practical and has an excellent sense of humor.

Roger enjoys reading, writing, traveling, and playing a variety of sports. His love for the Jordans well known.

Roger is a prolific writer and author of more than 30 books, including the book of the year twice. They are titled “Failure is not the End” and “We all have problems.” Roger's family includes his wife, Kathy, four adult children Yessenia, Deisy, Vanessa, Jonathan, and two granddaughters, Sara and Maya.

Katherine Hernandez, A daughter of God (the best father in the world). Roger Hernández's wife. She is the mother of 4 children, 2 biological and 2 adoptive daughters. He has a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education and a Master's Degree in Youth Ministry. She feels that the Lord has called her to provide a loving home for her children and others who need the love of a family.

She enjoys working alongside her husband in the ministry. His passion is working with young people. He has been working with them for over 30 years. He especially enjoys working for and with teenage girls. She is currently the Events Coordinator for the Southern Union.
